If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we are here to help. We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition with original tags attached. All original packaging and other components must be included. Returns must be accompanied by an original MMS Brands receipt/invoice or gift receipt. You can request a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the item being delivered. 

Free returns and exchanges apply only to domestic U.S. orders at this time.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item(s) to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must not be washed, worn or altered. Returns that do not fulfill these requirements will be refused.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment immediately. You will receive your money back within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies, most traditional banks tend to take 3-5 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product only. If you'd like a different color, please initiate the return process, where you can complete your exchange online. If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, we recommend initiating a full return and placing a new order.

Received as a gift?

If you received one of our handbags as a gift and you would like to exchange it, please do the following:

  • Email us at sales@mmstradinginc.com
  • Include order number or first and last name of the person who gifted the item
  • Date of when you received the item
  • The handbag or style number and color that you’d like in exchange

After we receive your initial email, we will then provide you with further steps and instructions.

Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories & Canada

Returns & Exchanges to (Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories & Canada) are as follows:

  • Returns: Customer will be responsible for shipping & shipping costs of handbag(s) back to MMS Brands
  • Customers will be refunded once handbag(s) have been returned
  • Exchanges: Customers will be responsible for shipping & shipping costs of handbag(s) back.
  • Once item(s) are received, we will ship your new handbag(s).

Other Important Information

  • Items purchased in a Wholesale store cannot be returned to MMS Brands.
  • Refunds and price adjustments will be issued in the original tender of the purchase, except cash and check refunds will be issued by mail check.

NOTE: Eligible merchandise purchased on mmsbrands.com using PayPal may be returned to mmsbrands.com for a refund to the purchasing PayPal account only, no exchanges.

90 Day Warranty Policy (MMS Brands)

MMS Brands provides a 90-day limited warranty that covers only manufacturing flaws. We do not cover any losses caused by usage, abuse, or regular wear and tear. The following are examples of defects:

  • Zipper or hardware failure
  • Stitching problems
  • Issues with the removable strap

While the product is in the possession of the customer, we are not responsible for any incidental damages caused by accident, abuse, liquid contact, or chemical contact.

If you purchased your MMS Brands product from a retailer partner rather than directly from the MMS Brands website, please inquire about the merchant's warranty policy. MMS Brands will only accept products purchased straight from the MMS Brands website; we will not accept or replace anything purchased from stores.

While in the custody and care of the assigned courier provider, MMS Brands is not responsible for any damage or maltreatment of products.

After delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
